Are you passionate about optimizing systems and driving continuous improvement? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **E2E Travel System Administrator** to join our global team.In this role, you will implement and maintain the global strategy for the functional configuration of our **SAP Concur-based E2E Travel Solution**. You’ll work closely with governance and operational stakeholders to gather business requirements, ensure accurate system configuration, and support ongoing enhancements across assigned countries and regions.If you enjoy collaborating across global teams, solving problems, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — we’d love to hear from you**Key Responsibilities**:- Manage the functional relationship and issue resolution with SAP Concur (our E2E Travel SaaS provider).- Oversee system configuration, gather requirements, conduct testing, and ensure functional user acceptance.- Serve as a liaison to internal teams such as P&O, GBS DPS, and Accounting for data feed and system integration matters.- Maintain operational effectiveness and support annual audits of system controls.- Provide secondary system support to end users on a daily basis.- Document business processes and lead annual reviews and updates.- Identify and implement system improvements and automation opportunities.- Lead or support system-related projects (M&A, ERP transitions, integrations, testing, etc.).- Help develop process documentation and support model for the E2E Travel Service.**What You Bring**:- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.- Outstanding communication skills in English (verbal and written); other languages such as German, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese are a plus.- Knowledge of SAP and experience in system support or integration is preferred.- Experience with Cognos Reporting is a plus.- Proficient in MS Office tools.- Demonstrated ability to document processes, train users, and support change management initiatives.
