With an expert team and variable cost structure, we increase the probability of success while building valuable, sustainable, and marketable professional services firms.The Launch Box is seeking an experienced **Ac**counting** **Specialist** to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico to develop and execute the finance and accounting for our US and Mexico operations.This person will contribute to a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following...- Prepare journal entries into accounting software including post-pay period, managing income and expenditure accounts, accounts receivable/accounts payable and intercompany transactions- Collaboration with HR & Finance teams to ensure proper record keeping for payroll- Collaboration with Finance Teams to generate Launch Box and portfolio companies financial reports using income and expenditure data- Complete monthly bank reconciliation reports- Daily bank account reconciliation, cash management, and cash forecasting across the portfolio in USA and MX- Detail oriented data entry and sorting**Who you are...**- Finance & Accounting Fundamentals (1+ years exposure)- Basic Excel Skills (Functions, formulas and Pivot Tables)- Written and spoken English- Passion for details and perfectionist on data entry- Innovative and eager on finding and proposing solutions**Bonus Qualifications**...**- Advanced Excel skills- Experience working across global teams- Stakeholder management- Experience using time entry or accounting software (Sage Intacct, OpenAir, Quickbooks, SAP)***Why The Launch Box?**We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for our team.
