Ahora nos encontramos en búsqueda de incorporar un **Ejecutivo de Customer Service**:**REQUISITOS DEL PUESTO**Experiência: 1 añoEscolaridad: Licenciatura en Administración, Turismo o Carrera Afín.**CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECÍFICOS**: Paquetería Office**OBJETIVO GENERAL**:Garantizar acciones que brinden una respuesta inmediata a cualquier necesidad Post-Travel del Huésped, proporcionando continuidad correcta y oportuna para lograr recuperar la confianza del Cliente.**FUNCIONES**:- Atiende en tiempo y forma las quejas que emiten los huéspedes, así como aquellas que notifique algún otro departamento de la propiedad y/o algún cliente externo.- Ejecuta la recopilación de la información relacionada a la incidencia que externa el huésped para su revisión y análisis.- Evalúa las incidencias ocasionadas durante la estancia del huésped y presenta a la Gerencia de Customer Service la propuesta de una respuesta clara y documentada.- Efectúa las negociaciones necesarias que apliquen para la solución de las quejas de huéspedes, previa validación con la Gerencia de Customer Service.- Apoya en la elaboración de los diferentes reportes mensuales relacionados a las quejas recibidas y certificados otorgados a los huéspedes como compensación por alguna incidencia durante su estancia y/o por queja post-travel.**ESQUEMA LABORAL**: Presencial (Mérida, Yucatán)**OFRECEMOS**:- Prestaciones superiores a las de ley- Fondo de ahorro- Vales de despensa- Seguro de vida- Clases de inglés gratuitas- Apoyo con alimentos- y mucho másTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Opción a contrato indefinido- Programa de referidos- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación- Health insurance
