You’ll help create solutions and campaigns that move audiences to take action.**Job Summary**:The Sr. Programmatic Analyst is a critical role within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing the return on investment of our digital advertising efforts. This position leverages data analysis and platform expertise to execute, optimize, and analyze programmatic campaigns, ensuring we effectively reach target audiences and achieve our marketing objectives.The Sr. Analyst will have a deep understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques, using data to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge in the ever-evolving programmatic landscape. This role requires strong collaboration with internal teams, fostering a data-driven approach to campaign management and contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives..**Responsibilities**:- Execute and manage programmatic campaigns across various DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).- Develop and implement audience targeting strategies using 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.- Manage bidding strategies and optimize campaigns to achieve performance goals (e.g., CPA, ROAS).- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.- Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.- Troubleshoot campaign issues and resolve technical or performance challenges.- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., media planning, creative) to ensure campaign success.- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in programmatic advertising.**Qualifications**:- 3+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of success.- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns.- Hands-on experience with major DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Adtheorent).- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.- Expertise in setting up, managing, and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various channels.- Deep understanding of audience targeting strategies, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party data.- Knowledge of different bidding strategies and optimization techniques to achieve performance goals.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Familiarity with ad serving technologies, tracking methodologies, and ad verification tools.- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Up-to-date knowledge of the programmatic landscape, including industry trends and best practices.**In return, we offer**:- Outstanding culture with a collaborative work environment- Competitive salary and great benefits- Paid vacation- 401K matching- Company computer- Opportunity to learn, grow and advance- The chance to make a significant impact in a rapidly growing agency**How to Apply**:**Location**: Remote**Reports to**: Programmatic Associate DirectorPay: From $400,000.00 per year**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
