Support growth while working on different initiatives across the funnel- Analyze performance and provide insights to ensure key partners understand plans, optimizations and results. Define Kpis to monitor.- Ensure proper tracking, attribution, automation, and optimization by leveraging different teams and tools- Manage the relationship with our partners and agencies to ensure best-in-class communication, support and execution- Cooperate with business units, leveraging strategic vision to inform, consult, and recommend innovative solutions to unrivaled challenges.Role Qualifications:- 1+ years of performance marketing experience (preferably with consumer apps)- App campaigns,Programmatic, Ad networks experience DSPs/SSP, and specially DV360 advertising buying knowledge.- Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external customers- Ability to use data to inform and support critical decisions- Incrementality mindset is a plusEEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
