As**Manager of a Regional Office,** you will be in the driving seat of shaping the establishment of a new entity that operates with the mindset of a startup but with the infrastructure of an established multinational. If you are energized and inspired by the challenges of this leadership role, we want to hear from you.**The Role**As Manager of a Regional Office, you will oversee a team, being part of recruiting & processes, you will furthermore be responsible for the sourcing, selection, introduction, and allocation strategy of the office with the objective of consistently delivering an exceptional performance and reach the goals. You will work very closely with the Centra Office in Mexico City to drive overall business strategy.**Desired experience and qualifications**:- Drive sales of our language programs; from telemarketing actions to product targets setting, daily pipeline follow-up and sales coaching. **We are all in sales & we all sell.**:- Creation and execution of campaigns (offline & online), to promote your program.- Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and organizational skills- Proven leadership and staff management experience, including but not limited to talent acquisition, training and coaching, staff development, performance management, and workforce planning- Strategic mindset whilst actively engaged to run day-to-day priorities- Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit- Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Passion for international travel and education with global cultural experience- Spanish as mother tongue and full fluency in English, written and spoken- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, communication, or similarAs a global company with local offices in Mexico, we are happy to work together in person to better help to each other, provide the best customer experience for our students, boost our team chemistry, and create #efmemories forever
