We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our team as the Regional Head for the Latin America region for Liquidity & Account Solutions (”L&AS”). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy to promote growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients across the Latin American market. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in promoting our innovative solutions, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring our offerings meet the evolving needs of the region. You will set the vision and strategy to deliver exceptional value to our clients, promote our innovative solutions, and enhance client relationships to meet the evolving needs of the region.**Job responsibilities**- Owns and is responsible for the entire product management life cycle including the vision, roadmap, continuous discovery, development, execution, risk management, data-driven decision-making, business targets, and our growth and long-term enterprise objectives.- Acts as the voice of the customer by enabling the product team to conduct market research and lead ongoing improvements for a cohesive set of products, platforms, solutions, and channels that provide value to customers.- Leads, coaches, mentors, and empowers the product team to execute across the product life cycle, while defining and instilling best practices- Owns and is responsible for the overall success of the product through defined objectives, key results, key performance indicators, performance assessments, and product effectiveness.- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that informs the evolution of the digital payments industry.- Partner with sales, technology, legal, and credit management teams to ensure product solutions are client-ready, commercially viable, and compliant.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**- Expert knowledge of product development methodologies, technical design, and data analytics- Experience with identifying client needs and delivering tailored cash management solutions, leveraging products like physical / notional pooling and investment sweeps.- Proven ability to successfully implement, at scale, essential product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.- Experience driving change in complex organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**- Recognized thought leader and innovator with demonstrated industry eminence- Liquidity and Treasury experience.**ABOUT US
