A technology expert who doubles as a customer advocate, you will work closely with our customer base to solve their most intriguing compliance issues. You will lead independent research and solution development and lend your expertise to various product areas. Internally, you will be the go-to person for expert advice on escalated compliance issues.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with customers, Site Reliability Engineers, Developers and Production Engineers to document, organize and drive operational maintenance schedules- Manage maintenance cycles from design through to delivery- Coordinate with stakeholders across the engineering, data center, operations, and product management teams- Establish new processes to support rapidly changing business requirements- Perform technical analysis of, and maintain compliance data integrity providing GAP analysis reports to operations teams and management- Organize departmental activities, ensuring project/product delivery completion on schedule and within defined constraints- Assign and monitor engineering and program staff work, providing technical support- Manage regular communications both with leadership, customers and with internal stakeholders- Manage executive communication on status and OKRs, KPIs, and related metrics- Research security enhancements and make recommendations to management- Document and maintain support assets such as run books and operational procedures- Assist operations teams with maintenance, including execution of runbook tasksQualifications:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred- Experience working on large scale technical programs spanning multiple teams and organizations- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills- Excellent judgment to influence product roadmap direction, features, and priorities- Deep working knowledge of Operating Systems: Linux, Oracle Solaris or Microsoft Windows- Working comprehension of shell scripting (Bash or Powershell)Additional Preferred Qualifications & Experience:- Deep understanding of cloud computing.- Understanding and experience with agile, standards, tools, and processes- Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence and APEX tools- Software development experience & programing skills incl.
