_**If you are a strategic thinker and an artistic designer...**_- _**If passion for architecture runs through your veins...**_- _**If you have the impulse to create **_- _**Imagine, explore and sketch ideas...**_- _**If your designs have the power to stimulate strong emotions...**_**We are looking for you**- Minimum College in Architecture- 8+ years of postgraduate professional office experience working in a landscape architectural or urban planning firm responsible for large and medium-scale projects such as urban squares and parks, street-scapes, hotels, and public realm projects and ecologically sensitive sites.- Strong management and organizational skills- Demonstrated excellence in design.- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly.- Enthusiastic about landscape architecture, architecture, and design.- Demonstrated strong skills in conceptual and detailed design and in preparing technical working drawings for both hardscape and soft-scape elements (grading and layout plans, material plans, planting plans, construction details). Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities on graphics and representation related tasks.- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.- Traditional hand-drawing skills, technical and design and layout architectural software programs, including but not limited to, MS office (Word and Excel), AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), MS Powerpoint, Vectorworks, ArcGIS, Rhino, VRay for Rhino, 3ds Max.- Management of projects, design, research, preparation of technical drawings, budget and schedule management, client presentations and meetings;- Projects will include public landscapes, public realm and urban infrastructure, research and experimentation, exhibition work, and custom private commissions;- Prepare proposals, estimate costs, write specifications, prepare contracts and tenders, read and interpret blueprints/technical drawings, coordinate project; Build models, manage landscaping projects and team, prepare conceptual designs, prepare presentation graphics and drawings, survey and assess designated sites, plan and construct landscaped environments which may include trees, shrubberies, lawns, fences, decks, walkways, patios, walls, and other landscape structures, select materials, and; Consult with government regulatory agencies, coordinate multidisciplinary projects.Net Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 MXN monthlyLearn more about GVI Find us here:- Linkedin**:Gomez Vazquez International - GVI**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vidaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
