MCUSA It is a new creation Company focus on Molds manufacturing located in Juarez Mexico.Our ownership has over half a century of experience in the molding industry.We pride ourselves in offering the highest level of quality, customer service, and tool design capability.**Position Requirements**:- Bachelor’s Degree in MIS or relevant business experience.- 3 to 5 yrs. of experience as a business systems analyst or ERP administrator.- Sound knowledge of P2P and O2C cycle.- Knowledge of Sage X3-Manufacturing module will be preferred.- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.- Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills.- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products.**Responsibilities**:- Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define existing business processes, requirements, and systems goals.- Performs analysis on which business processes should be improved and identify the processes that can be automated.- Analyze and review software capabilities.- Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements.- Pre-test the database by practicing in the TEST database to confirm all information is accurate and working correctly.- Design and document new programs as well as enhancements, modifications, and corrections to existing software.- Document the processes as policy, procedures, and business processes to be followed within the organization.- Develop the functional and technical design for new business requirements and deliver to our internal development group or to vendor consultants.- Performs general administration of the ERP system after implementation.- Write reports and support executive management to set up dashboards, etc.- Develop role-based training documents and execute training to end users.- Will be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
