This includes verifying worked hours, deductions, taxes, and compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations.**Responsibilities**:- Ensures that periodic payroll calculations are accurate, guaranteeing timely and correct disbursement of payments to employees.- Oversees payroll routines, including validation of calculated wages, correction of anomalies detected during the process, and comparative analysis of results with previous periods.- Collaborates with other departments to respond to inquiries and resolve issues that require interpretation of payroll policies, ensuring clear and timely communication.- Continuously evaluates existing processes to implement improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in payroll management.**Education**Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.**Skills****Service Excellence**:- Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain effective relationships with HR and other departments.**Accuracy and Attention to Detail**:- Ensures accurate payroll calculations and timely payments to employees.**Decision Making and Critical Thinking**:- Analyzes payroll reports and identifies variances.**Effective Communications**:- Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing through effective communication with involved individuals and departments.**Problem Solving**:- Ability to resolve urgent and critical issues, ensuring proper and timely payroll processing.**Planning and Organizing**:- Ability to organize and plan payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate payments.**Additional Information**- Location: Villa de García- Travel requirement: 5%- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.- Desirable English: Intermediate/Advanced**Final Details**:Caterpillar’s Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, regardless of race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
