Logistics Manager

At _**WAVE AUTOMOTIVE SYSTEMS MEXICO**_, a startup company, we are seeking your talent:We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective, and timely flow of goods from suppliers to our customers. You will lead a team, manage key carrier relationships, and implement processes that drive continuous improvement and support our rapid growth.**Key Responsibilities**- Responsible for developing departmental business processes and supervising team members to carry out daily operations in accordance with established procedures.- Responsible for organizing and preparing the department’s annual work plan, monthly production plans, and assessments of equipment, manpower, and critical material requirements in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.- Responsible for organizing order risk assessments and reviewing monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.- Responsible for organizing training for departmental staff on planning control, warehouse management, and logistics-related knowledge, and for establishing and maintaining the skills matrix.- Responsible for overall company logistics planning, ensuring personnel and material safety, implementing 6S and visual management within departmental areas, and continuously optimizing related management systems.- Responsible for the rational optimization of logistics and packaging solutions across all process stages.- Responsible for organizing monthly and weekly production meetings, and for timely coordination and resolution of delivery exceptions and operational issues.- Responsible for defining job responsibilities and corresponding KPIs for departmental personnel, conducting performance evaluations based on KPIs, and continuously optimizing the performance management system in line with company development needs.- In the event of production planning staffing shortages, responsible for preparing the daily rolling master production schedule (MPS) for the main workshop and tracking daily production plan achievement rates.- Responsible for optimizing departmental operating costs and overall company logistics costs.- Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by senior management and providing reasonable suggestions for improving company operations.**Authority & Decision Rights**- Authority over personnel management decisions within the department and performance evaluation of direct subordinates.- Authority to select and approve third-party warehouses, including qualification review and assessment.- Authority to review and approve departmental expense reimbursements.- Authority to select logistics service providers and review and approve logistics pricing.**Qualifications & Requirements**- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and other standard office software.- Familiar with IATF16949, especially warehouse management processes and production planning and control procedures.- Strong ability in departmental personnel management, supervision, and talent development.- English as work language.- Strong ability in overall planning, organization, coordination, and cross-functional communication at the company level.- Able to work under high pressure and handle a fast-paced operational environment.- At least 8 years of experience in production planning and warehouse management.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Logistics supervisor or manager role.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: Hasta $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Opción a contrato indefinido- Servicio de comedor- Uniformes gratuitos- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Expectativa salarial:Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
