This role based in Mexico City has a global reach with a focus on reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting and month end financial activities; in addition to collaborating on special projects that the team supports during the year.**¿What is in it for you?**:A company with an exceptional, global brand and proven results to match.Employee Resource Groups which provide access to leaders, relevant volunteer and mentoring opportunities and interactions with diverse counterparts in industry groups and client organizations.Competitive compensation and time off, attractive flex benefits package (medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, retirement plan).Flexible work opportunities for work/life balance.**We will rely on you to**:Provide core FP&A cycle activities to regional and global teams such as Budget, Forecast and Month-End procedures via the generation of dynamic reports and analytics, facilitating and helping both financial and business decision-making processes.Support the development and the delivery of expense analytics, allocation process, non-operating accounts and matrix business reporting.Support the foreign exchange forecast and budget modelling.Ongoing process improvement to enhance output quality, and use of technology to increase efficiency and accuracy.Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to advise on financial analyses and results.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and maximize the quality of financial reporting and analysis.Support special projects and produce ad hoc financial analysis as needed.Ability to collaborate and build relationships with colleagues across multiple functions and business leaders.**What you need to have**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other quantitative discipline.2 to 3 years of FP&A experience.Business acumen with an analytical mindset and creative problem solver.Experience with management reporting and EPM or other financial reporting tools.Experience with automating reports in excel, willingness to learn new visualization software (including QlikSense), and BI Reporting.Good written and verbal communication skills.Analytical skills, attention to detail and well organized.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.Marsh is the world’s leading insurance broker and risk adviser.
