Estamos en búsqueda de un profesional altamente motivado y con experiência en el rol de Product Owner y Scrum Master para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta posición combina las responsabilidades de ambos roles, lo que te permitirá desempeñar un papel integral en el desarrollo y la entrega de nuestros productos. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de desarrollo, los stakeholders y los usuarios finales para garantizar el éxito del proyecto.**Responsabilidades**:- Actuar como Product Owner, definiendo y priorizando las historias de usuario en el backlog del producto, en función de las necesidades del negocio y los usuarios.- Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo en la planificación y ejecución de las iteraciones y entregas.- Participar en reuniones de seguimiento y revisión del progreso del proyecto.- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los stakeholders para entender sus requisitos y necesidades.- Definir y comunicar claramente las expectativas y los objetivos del producto a todo el equipo.- Realizar pruebas y validaciones para garantizar la calidad del producto final.- Mantener una visión clara del producto y su dirección estratégica.- Realizar investigaciones de mercado y análisis competitivos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y nuevos productos.- Actuar como Scrum Master, facilitando las ceremonias de Scrum, asegurando la correcta implementación de las prácticas ágiles y eliminando obstáculos que puedan afectar al equipo.- Fomentar una cultura de colaboración, transparencia y mejora continua dentro del equipo.**Requisitos**:- Título universitario en una disciplina relacionada, preferentemente en tecnología, negocios o diseño.- Experiência 1 año mínimo como Product Owner y Scrum Master en un entorno ágil.- Inglés avanzado.- Residir en el estado de Nuevo León o área metropolitana de Monterrey.- Certificación como Scrum master es altamente deseable.- Amplio conocimiento y experiência en la implementación y cumplimiento de metodologías agiles, como Scrum, Kanban u otras.- Experiência en el establecimiento y seguimiento de indicadores ágiles, como la velocidad del equipo, la capacidad de entrega, la satisfacción del cliente y otros KPI relevantes.- Capacidad de traducir los requisitos del negocio en historias de usuario claras y concisas.- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales para colaborar eficazmente con diferentes equipos y stakeholders.- Capacidad para tomar decisiones informadas y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.- Orientación al cliente y capacidad para comprender las necesidades del usuario final.- Conocimientos técnicos sólidos y comprensión de los principios de diseño de experiência del usuario.- Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo y capacidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico y acelerado.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $18,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento de la empresaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
