DataArt’s AI ML Team is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and energetic people to join our team.- Responsibilities: Being a part of AI ML Center of Excellence, lead the strategic direction of AI within the Company, ensuring alignment with the broader company’s goals- Cooperating with leadership and stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and promote DataArt AI Ready Program- Working collaboratively across client teams to design and engineer AI solutions- Supervising the development and implementation of forward-looking Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Accelerators in the field of AI- Establishing and overseeing relationships with vendors and partners, ensuring effective collaboration that aligns with our aspirations- Representing the company at industry events, showcasing our competencies, and upholding our position as a frontrunner in AI- Nurturing a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, fostering technical excellence and serving as a beacon of thought leadership- Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of AI experience in roles such as Consultant or AI Solution Architect- Possession of a Master's degree in fields like Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related area- Verifiable hands-on experience in AI and machine learning, showcasing practical implementation of these technologies within a business context- Proven history of leading Research and Development (R&D) initiatives and promoting innovation within a company- Strong understanding of the technological landscape, including emerging tendencies in AI and software development- Outstanding communication and leadership proficiencies; ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences- Capability to collaborate within a team alongside technical consultants and pre-sales support- Openness to travel- Nice to have: LATAM-based- Spanish speaking- Client-facing role with strong presentation skills- Strong solution design and ideation skills, supported with relevant experience in AI/ML- Maintain a holistic vision and provide technical architect-level supervision and advice across multiple teams/work streams within the account
