Our employees thrive here by living our values: we support each other as we strive to find a better way, we move fast with discipline and purpose, and we do the right thing always.Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in AguascalientesReporting to the Program Manager the Program Administrator’s role involves:What a typical day looks like:- Assists with managing key customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship- Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.- Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations, and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.- Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships.- Review’s status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required.- Prepares program reports for management, client, or others.- May assist in metric development and tracking.- Occasional travel to customer locations.The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Intermediate English- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
