It ensures there is a common interface to the Customer and between the multiple sites; focuses on tactical execution that affects the strategic relationship between Flex and the Customer; and continues to monitor and reduce program risk, while maximizing program profitability._What a typical day looks like:- _ Assists in the review of program proposals or plans to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program._- _ Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems._- _ Works with Program/Engineering Manager to coordinate activities of Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the necessary matrix relationships._- _ Reviews status reports prepared by Customer Focus Team (CFT) members and modifies schedules or plans as required._- _ Controls Customer Purchase Order Management, from start to finish (is in charge of Order Book and Shipping)._- _ Prepares program reports for Management, Customer, or others._- _ Monitors, reports and coordinates any troubleshooting of Accounts Receivable (AR)._- _ May have P&L responsibility for_ sections/sub-functions._- _ May assist in metric development and tracking._- _ Occasional travel to customer locations._- _ Assists Program Manager (PM) in any other activity that the PM deems necessary._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS or equivalent work experience._- _ Senior experience leading teams._- _ Fluent English (both verbal and written)._- _ Decision-making ability._- _ interpersonal skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills._- _ Knowledge of project management, supply chain and logistics and finance._- _ Excellent customer relationship and management, interpersonal relationships, leadership, negotiation and communication skills._- _ Knowledge of Regulatory FDA requirements for the Medical Area._- _ Understanding of Engineering Change Order processes._- _ New Program Introduction Experience._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- _ Competitive Salary._- _ Life & Medical insurance._- _ Christmas Bonus._- _ Food Coupons._- _ Saving Fund._XS65Job CategoryOperations
