Steelcase Monterrey is offering an Internship opportunity with the Human Resources team as a **Human Resources**Intern**, this person will provide services and support to the Center of Excellence and Shared Services teams; Responsible for executing tasks based on established processes and procedures relating to the following:- Data management tasks: Data entry of new hires, terminations and employee changes on HR systems- Participate in continuous process improvement and development to improve current processes and implement new processes.- You will be actively learning of the different Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Benefits, TA, etc)**Who you are****Required Skills or Competencies**- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Human Resources, or any Business degree.- Basic - intermediate Excel is required.- To graduate at least on December 2026 or later- Fluent in English is a must for this role.- Availability to work from 7am- 4pm. (flexibility)- Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus**Preferred Skills or Competencies**- Ability to multi-task and work with multiple clients simultaneously.- Strong organizational skills- Excellent Spanish/English verbal and written communication skills- Customer Service Oriented- Works under pressure- Problem Solving- Analytical and critical thinking**Why people choose to work with us**:At Steelcase, we put people at the center of everything we do.
