Our professionals serve as trusted advisors to organizations facing high stakes matters demanding urgent attention, staunch integrity, proven experience, clear-cut analysis, and an understanding of both tangible and intangible assets.The firm provides a comprehensive suite of services, products, and data that enable clients to navigate complex, contentious, and often catastrophic situations.- Screening Acquired Companies: Conduct thorough technical assessments of acquisition targets to evaluate their technology stacks, ERP data structure, and data management practices.- Technical Due Diligence: Collaborate with Sys Admin and Architecture teams to perform comprehensive technical due diligence, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and integration challenges.- Stakeholder Communication: Establish effective communication channels between internal technical teams and business users from the newly acquired firm to ensure smooth information flow and alignment of expectations.- Data Migration Planning: Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of data from the acquired company to our systems.- Data Template Organization: Organize and populate data templates for data migration, ensuring all relevant information is captured and correctly formatted.- Customers, Contacts, Projects, AR, and other related data entities- Integration Support: Provide ongoing support during the integration process, addressing any technical issues that arise and ensuring seamless integration of systems and processes.- Coordinate with System Administration and Architecture teams on execution of system updates and changes.- Participate in test migrations as needed- Conduct retrospective with Newly Acquired Firm (NAF)- Optimization: Participate in the optimization process for each M&A, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.**Qualifications**- Professional-level fluency in English.- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related discipline.- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Technology Data Migrations.- Proven experience in requirement gathering and discovery with SME, End users, and stakeholders.- Ability to write SQL Queries.- Strong Excel skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Keen attention to detail.- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred.- Familiarity with finance and project-based business processes and experience working with finance and accounting teams and technologies.- A stable high-speed internet connection and quiet working environment.- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent collaboration, communication skills, and technical troubleshooting abilities that will be used to analyze and resolve business system problems; must be able to provide documentation when required.- Highly motivated individual - you must be proactive, enthusiastic, agile, show initiative, and be good at multitasking.- Ability to notice small details and triple-check processes and information for compliance and accuracy.Additional requirements:- Strong English written and verbal skills.- Reliable high speed internet- Working hours 9am - 6pm ETLI-DS1
