To do this, we are investing in technology, and businesses focusing on micro-transit, commercial solutions for fleet customers, enhancing the vehicle ownership experience and developing the Transportation Mobility Cloud, which will host mobility-related solutions.THE ROLE:The Vehicle Embedded Software & Connectivity Quality team is looking for a connected vehicle data engineer that work with a team of engineers to manage connected vehicle data projects in support of corporate initiatives. The engineer will lead and manage Shot Clock detected quality issues, develop Connected Vehicle data solutions for internal customers, and work with the engineering teams on use of data for problem solving. We are looking for people who have a passion for growing their skills, tackling exciting work, and like problem solving potential concerns.YOUR IMPACT:- Work with Product Development teams to extract, summarize, and analyze Connected Vehicle data to understand and problem solve potential issues- Project management of identified Shot Clock issues with the engineering teams- Manage JIRA Shot Clock projects and reporting to support the ideal state of 30 days from issue identification to resolution- Promote and use Agile Data Collection methods (RDR, PARSED and CARMON) in support engineering problem solving and data-driven decisions- Enhance the use of fixed data (e.g., battery SOC data, door ajar, warning lights, etc.) through the ideation and development of new tools for the identification of potential concerns- Build strong and trusting relationships with business partners across organizationsWHAT YOU’LL NEED:- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering- Strong collaboration and communication skills, ability to engage with upper management- High level of initiative- Proven effective organizational, planning, and time leadership skills- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, sophisticated and global environment- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and projects- Ability to perform at a high level of technical competence, showing composure and decisiveness under pressure- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills- Experience with building workflows using Alteryx- Experience in query languages, SQL, Hive and SparkSql- Proficient with JIRACOMPANY DESCRIPTION:DISCLAIMER:Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability.**Id. de solicitud asignado automáticamente**60194BR**Nível Idioma Inglés**Avanzado**Disponibilidad para viajar**No**Rotación de turnos**No**Tipo de Contratación**GSR
