We are hiring a seasoned Salesforce Developer ready to deepen specialization and work on enterprise banking platforms built on Salesforce + nCino . In this role you will contribute to mission-critical lending systems , supporting U.S. financial institutions in regulated, high-impact environments. Core Technical Requirements 6+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience Strong expertise in Apex (bulkified triggers, async processing, governor limits) SOQL / SOSL performance optimization Frontend development with Lightning Web Components (LWC) Custom object modeling, validations, and Salesforce security configuration 3+ years of hands‑on development within the nCino Bank Operating System Deep understanding of nCino lending workflows and data model Experience extending nCino functionality using Apex and LWC Additional Requirements Experience building REST / SOAP API integrations with external banking systems Secure data handling, error management, and auditability best practices Advanced Salesforce Flows and approval processes aligned with credit policies Git‑based source control and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines Strong unit testing, release, and deployment discipline Experience working in Agile delivery environments Professional English proficiency for U.S. client interaction (C1 or above) Proven experience working remotely with distributed teams Why This Role Specialize in nCino, one of the most in‑demand Salesforce solutions Remote LATAM opportunity with long‑term potential If you have real nCino + Salesforce development experience and are open to new challenges, apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
