Job Summary Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice process in line with CP Best Practices (Essentials) partnering with CDTs and Logistics to ensure on-time, cost-effective fulfillment. Serve as the primary contact for order and delivery communications primarily with internal stakeholders (CDO) and maintain strong service relationships. Own order management including troubleshooting deliveries, handling returns and resolving exceptions and claims per Colgate's Selling Terms and Conditions to meet service goals. Responsibilities Manage the Order-to-Invoice process within CP Best Practice standards (Essentials). Develop effective communications and relationships with internal customers to enable smooth order-to-invoice fulfillment. Collaborate with local CDTs and Logistics to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues. Highlight delivery and distribution issues to Logistics for corrective action; communicate any special internal customer requirements to Logistics. Support and enforce sales policies (terms and conditions) with customers. Analyze and collaborate with local CDTs to determine appropriate actions to resolve issues related to customer returns and refusals; follow up on Logistics execution of returns and refusals. Work with local CDTs and Logistics to eliminate supply chain inefficiencies and reduce costs in the order-to-invoice process (e.g. plant-direct shipments, pallet-layer efficiencies, elimination of out-of-territory shipments, order consolidations). Use SAP order processing and fulfillment applications to manage and efficiently execute the order-to-invoice process while minimizing manual intervention. Be accountable for Customer Service KPIs: analyze performance, take corrective actions to improve service and surface supply chain issues; operate within Customer Service guidelines and distribution networks to optimize service and delivery costs. Prepare periodic (weekly and monthly) customer service and cost-to-serve updates for distribution to local and division CDTs and CS&L management. Required Qualifications Education: Undergraduate degree in a business-related field (Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or similar). Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Customer Service, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Sales, Logistics or Supply Chain. Language: Intermediate English. Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel. Desired Qualifications Experience with SAP (order processing and fulfillment modules). Strong stakeholder management with internal customers (e.g. CDO, CDTs, Logistics).
