Freudenberg-NOK Sealing Technologies is a joint venture between Freudenberg and NOK Corp. in Japan, is headquartered in Plymouth, MI, and operates more than 20 facilities with about 4,700 employees across the Americas.**Responsibilities**:- Supports the surveillance and execution of the Global Management System (GMS) by internal Management System Audits. Assures that non-conformities are effectively closed.- Provides support for evaluation of customer specific requirements regarding QM-System & Warranty requirements in collaboration with Contract Management/Sales and the LC / CC of FST.- Supports the definition and identification of new Quality Strategies and Quality System Tools due to changed market requirements or new business segments and drive continuous improvement for the common global Quality Management System.- Supports monitoring, evaluation, analysis, and improvement of Quality KPIs and lead improvement projects either defined together with BoM or for sites / functions below target.- Executes internal audits, either system or process audits.**Qualifications**:- Supports the surveillance and execution of the Global Management System (GMS) by internal Management System Audits.
