**Long Description**:**Principal Accountabilities**- In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:_Business Planning and Development- Collaborate with the Commercial Direction in the determination of actions to implement.- Act according the Epson´s handbook of labor practices.- Maintain absolute confidentiality about the strategic information of the company.- Prognosticate adequately the business for each period.- Generate opportunities of business and marketing actions in order to promote the products.- Analyze available data about the market and customers, to detect opportunities and risks in the portfolio.- Analyze the customer’s requirements and advise them to define the best offer technical-economic for each one.Commercial techniques and behaviors- Supervise the main retail points and keep a good products exhibition.- Inform actions about the competition on time and form.- Visit the main and potential clients of all the country.- Present offers and deal looking for the best for Epson and for the customer.- Assure the products availability in the channel.- Propose to each customer an appropriate stock for its operation.- Analyze the causes of the missing stock and generate adequate actions to avoid its repetition.- Propose and get the customer´s compromise with the development plans.- Make proposals presentations (incorporating new products, promotional plans, etc.) emphasizing the benefits for the customer.- Deal the customers objections, identifying its true magnitude and compare valid arguments.- Monitor the problems in order to assure fast and effective replies.- Control the products and inventories rotation in the sales points (retailers and wholesalers).- Organize promotional events, assure the POP material delivery, control that are respected the suggested prices, keep informing the status in the sales points and inform to the marketing department in order to generate new actions.Work Organization and Time Administration- Make clearly and delivery on time and form the routine reports and the special requests.- Evaluate the credit capacity of each client and keep informed about their financial situation.- Attend the customer´s calling on time and form.- Fulfill with his schedule and inform about his commercial outs in order to can be located if it´s necessary.- Fulfill with the promised to customers, related to information shipments, deliveries, etc.**Education**:- E - Completion of an undergraduate program required (B.A. or B.S.).**Travel**:- Local Travel - Up to 25%- International Travel - Up to 25%**Job Segment**:Manager, Distribution, Retail Sales, Management, Operations, Sales, Retail
