Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman’s and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.LOCATION: Bosques de las Lomas CDMXMAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:The MRP will be responsible to support the supply planning department in the different factory sites.YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES:At least 2-3 years in a similar role.MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:- Place purchase orders according to the MRP requirements.- Run MRP weekly to maintain proper raw material inventory levels and assure the service required for the category.- Attend and lead weekly meetings with top suppliers to review risks, shipments, fcst doubts, material inventory in suppliers, open POs, etc.- Generate a weekly report of critical materials at risk and action plans.- Support call off planner with daily issues with QA, manufacturing, inbound, suppliers, procurement.- Bi-weekly review & action plan of materials with expiration risk.- Weekly stock report to assure we’re on the same stock level as the rolling forecast, if not, define action plan.- Monthly stocks rolling forecast report.LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED:Bachelor's degreeWHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED?Experience in planning or procurement.Hard skills:- Medium or advanced excel level.- Knowledge of inventory management.- General knowledge about Supply Chain, and which is the roll of planning and MRP in the Supply Chain.- Medium SAP level.- Medium English level.- Advanced Excel level.WHAT WOULD BE YOUR MAIN CHALLENGE?To propose new way of working with suppliers if needed or even a change of strategy to improve raw materials planning process.IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO APPLY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER:- Current Mexican work Visa- Social Security number (NSS)- CURP- RFC
