Join our team as an**IT Support Junior**and be a vital part of our tech-driven company In this role, you'll provide essential technical assistance to users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain smooth network operations.This position is**on-site in Guadalajara**and perfect for those who want to grow their skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.**Key Responsibilities**:- Assist with diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues.- Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices.- Document, track, and follow up on incidents and solutions provided.- Perform routine maintenance on IT equipment.- Ensure timely updates of software and operating systems according to company policies.- Manage hardware and software inventory efficiently.- Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and processes.- Generate periodic reports on the status of technical support operations.- Assist in the creation and updating of user manuals and support documentation.**Qualifications**:- Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).- Experience in technical support or a related role.- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.- A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn.- Strong communication skills, with an advanced level of English (B2-C1).**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary of**13,000 MXN to 15,000 MXN**per month, depending on experience and English proficiency.- Full Mexican law benefits including IMSS, paid vacations, and Christmas bonus.- Monday to Friday work schedule, with fixed 8-hour shifts (no campaign work).- From 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.- Paid training starting from day one—you’ll receive your full salary while training- Access to discounts at cafes, gyms, spas, and more through our company benefits program.- Numerous opportunities for professional development and career growth.- Be part of a rapidly expanding company with over 500 employees, always seeking new talent for internal promotions.- An inclusive, diverse workplace where everyone is valued—no discrimination based on appearance or preferences.Ready to kick-start your IT career?
