Join our team as an IT Support Junior As an IT Support Junior, you’ll provide basic technical assistance to users within the company. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network connectivity problems, and maintaining equipment and systems. Additionally, this role involves documenting incidents and solutions. This is an ON-Site Job.**Detailed Duties and Responsibilities**:- Assist in resolving hardware and software issues.- Resolve common network connectivity and internet access problems.- Help with the installation and configuration of devices.- Document and follow up on incidents reported by users.- Perform preventive maintenance tasks on computing equipment.- Update software and operating systems according to company policies.- Manage hardware and software inventories.- Maintain accurate records of incidents, solutions, and procedures.- Generate periodic reports on the status of technical support and common incidents.- Contribute to the creation and updating of manuals and user guides.**Requirements**:- Technical skills and knowledge of hardware and software.- Basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).- Experience with technical support.- Strong customer service skills.- Adaptability and continuous learning.- Teamwork orientation.- Advanced English level (B2-C1).**What We Offer**:- Competitive monthly salary ranging from 12,000 MXN to 13,000 MXN, based on experience and English proficiency.- Mexican law benefits including IMSS, paid vacations according to law, and Christmas bonus.- Working schedule from Monday to Friday- Opportunities for professional development and growth.- Paid training: You receive your full salary from day one.- Discounts at select establishments including coffee shops, gyms, spas, and much more- Professional growth opportunities: Our company is constantly expanding, and we are always looking to promote internal talent At HRPV, we have over 500 employees, so we are always seeking new leaders.- Inclusive environment: Everyone is welcome We do not discriminate based on appearance or preferences.
