Technology Support Lead

Join our dynamic team to innovate and refine technology operations, impacting the core of our business services.**Job responsibilities**- Develop, test, and debug automated tasks (Apps, Systems, Infrastructure)- Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems and ensure permanent closure of incidents.- Engage with tools and operations teams to address failure patterns and incidents in Infrastructure Components such as OS and Storage systems- Develop automation tools for efficient, noiseless alerting, toil, and technical debt- Align and support regulatory requirements.**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Extensive knowledge in administering, cisco data center/enterprise routers/switches, LAN/WAN networks- Extensive knowledge in administering, troubleshooting & upgrading Linux Redhat and Windows Server systems.- Knowledge in Site Reliability Engineering - Design, code, test and deliver software to automate manual operational work.- Knowledge with backups and restore, SAN and NAS management, Virtual Infrastructure.- Experience in working with automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, Python, Bash, Powershell etc.- Working proficiency in Incident/Problem/Change management process and procedures.- Ability to host/participate in bridge calls and communicate effectively to large group of individuals at all levels.- Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends, automation tools and best practices.- Experience of working in Agile Methodology.- Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work well in a diverse environment- Fluent in English**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**- Experience in using industry standard monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana etc.).- Certification in CCNA R&S, CCPN R&S, CCNA Voice, CCNA Wireless, or relevant experience.- Experience in using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools. Build and Release skills using Jenkins, Maven, Git, etc.- Experience in Observability tools: Splunk, Grafana or similar.- Experience in Project management.
