The Vehicle Process Engineering General Assembly Conveyors and Facilities Specialist will lead conveyor projects in design and installation of conveyors / facilities and equipment for new model launches in North America and Canada. The role of this Specialist will drive continuous improvement to standards, conveyor designs and facility installations while meeting the cost and timing requirements of the program.**Basic Qualifications**:Bachelor's Degree 3 years of experience with conveyor design and maintenanceDemonstrated project management experienceStrong computer skills - particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Autodesk, TeamcenterExcellent communication skills - both orally and in writingOutstanding problem solving/analytical skills required**Preferred Qualifications**:Advanced Degree Familiarity with 3D Carrier DesignFamiliarity with Power and Free, EMS, FDS, and Skillet Conveyors Automotive experience with launching new modelsExperience working with plant skilled trades, and installation skilled trades working under the NMAExperience working with Bargaining Unit EmployeesOur benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
