Group Leader (Líder de Grupo) Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: MEX-Juarez-Plant #1 Description Propósito Responsable de la coordinación de un grupo de operarios, mediante un excelente trato humano y técnico con el fin de obtener las metas de producción en forma diaria y con la calidad requerida por el cliente. Esta Descripción de Puesto es aplicable para todas las áreas de Manufactura Key Responsibilities Obligaciones y responsabilidades esenciales Manejo de personal y liderazgo. Manejo de parámetros y métodos de operación. Manejo de las instrucciones de trabajo. Conocimientos de inspección de Producción. Habilidad para realizar reportes. Monitoreo de que el equipo trabaje en óptimas condiciones. Toma de decisiones. Seguimiento a las buenas prácticas de manufactura con el personal operativo asignado. Habilidad para implementar actividades de mejora continua. Otras responsabilidades podrán ser asignadas. Seguir las indicaciones contenidas en el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo referentes a seguridad y de las relaciones con los demás trabajadores, así como también lo referente al cuidado del equipo, materiales, instalaciones y otros recursos propiedades de la empresa. Cumplimiento de metas de producción diaria. Cumplimiento de las metas de calidad. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Educación, habilidades y/o experiencia deseables Secundaria terminada o Preparatoria trunca preferentemente. Experiencia en el proceso de manufactura preferentemente. Conocimiento en el uso de paquetes computacionales de Microsoft office, así como sistemas de comunicación electrónica. Requerimientos específicos de idiomas No aplica #J-18808-Ljbffr
