En Bayer tienes la oportunidad de ser parte de una cultura en la que valoramos la pasión de nuestros colaboradores por innovar y darles el poder de cambiar.****Security Governance & Crime Prevention Manager****Your Tasks & Responsibilities**:- Develop, maintain and improve the NORLA security governance related to the six security pillars, distributed in site security, people security, supply chain security, product security, crisis management, intelligence and investigations, complying with internal global and regional policies, but mostly with country laws within the region, associations and ISOs guidelines, to foster a preventive security culture to avoid incidents and ultimately criminal situations.- Response and follow-up to security and loss incidents with security vendors and other third parties.- Follow-up the fulfillment of security contracts with third parties.- Support Security NORLA team in the quality of incident, case and investigation documenting and reporting, as well formal responses and interaction with authorities.- Support the Anti-Product Crime Strategy at the cluster for all its divisions (CS, PH & CH), in close interaction and support with the Head of Security and the Security Resilience Manager for NORLA, the entire security team, as well as the areas involved in the ACTs per division, fulfilling local and global guidelines.- Develop a close and efficient interaction with law enforcement agencies and other governmental agencies, as well as industries associations, in relation to general security frameworks and crime prevention topics.- Actively support the Head of Security NORLA, Security Resilience Manager NORLA and LPC in the coordinated interaction with law enforcement agencies in criminal processes initiated by the company derived from security incidents and their investigations, or where the involvement of the security team is required.- Be an active leader and member of the North Latam Cluster Security Community structure and squads related to its scope and security pillars responsibility.**Who You Are**:1. Criminal Corporate Lawyer, with solid experience with enterprise investigations, criminal & security compliance, law enforcement, in private sector (minimum 10 years).2. Required VACC skills & qualifications:a. Visionary: act as a security leader inside the area with a defined mission aligned with CGS actual guidelines and the Head of Security NOLRA, driving to results and efficiencies, by guiding & supporting the security cluster community.b. Catalyst: support the security mission of the area and DSO principles with trustworthy, transparent and compliance behaviors aligned with Bayer principles and policies, acting as a role model towards their fulfillment.3. Effective communication skills and decisiveness to act accordingly.4. Excellent written skills in both Spanish & English languages, as well as spoken skills.6. Outstanding people skills and ability to interact with all levels of Management.7. Interaction under elevated levels of confidentiality, loyalty, and discretion.8.
