Sr. Manager, Human Resources Shared ServicesLOCATION: Guadalajara SSCREPORTS TO: Director of Global Shared Services HR OperationThe Sr. Manager, Human Resources Shared Services - Americas will be responsible for executing the HR Operations strategy in the Americas region. This role involves overseeing the delivery of HR Operations services and solutions by guiding the HR Shared Services Center (SSC) team leads, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing change initiatives. The Sr. Manager ensures global consistency and efficiency in HR operations while partnering with the Director of GSS HR Operations and regional Controllers to align HR strategies with business needs. Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement are key responsibilities of this role. The Sr. Manager will also manage projects, support employee career development, and stay updated on emerging trends in HR shared services.Core Responsibilities:Lead Guadalajara HR SSC: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of HR operational services assigned to the regional center in GuadalajaraDevelop HR Operations Strategy: Collaborate with the Director of GSS HR Operations and regional Controllers to evolve HR Operations strategies aligned with the business, work, workforce, and workplaces at IngredionMonitor SLAs and Reporting: Ensure adherence to SLAs, produce and review reports on performance, and identify and track any administration or performance issues. Escalate issues as necessary for timely resolutionDrive Continuous Improvement: Foster a customer-focused culture of continuous improvement within the HR SSC. Collaborate with other operations management areas to maintain overall service qualityResearch and Emerging Trends: Conduct research to stay informed about emerging trends in HR shared services and recommend relevant changes or enhancementsProject Management: Manage projects from end to end, ensuring their successful completionEmployee Development: Support the career development of employees in the Guadalajara HR SSC. Assess training needs, coach for performance improvement, and facilitate job rotations to deepen employees' understanding of HR Operations processesHR Expertise: Exhibit a robust background in HR functions, including a minimum of ten years of diverse HR experience with at least five years in a supervisory capacity. Demonstrate proficiency in HR technical skills and maintain a high level of operational excellence.Business Acumen: Possess a strong understanding of business and financial conceptsInternal Controls: for financial reporting, which meet U.S. Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (“SOX”)Analytical Skills: Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsInfluencing Skills: Influence decisions to produce positive business outcomesAdaptability and Flexibility: Adapt and remain flexible in dealing with different viewpoints and site differences.
