Key Account Manager. Means of Payment

Drives growth and attraction of new business from our network of partner bank branches and through self-generated leads. In addition, ensures account retention while increasing revenue through strategic planning, contract negotiation, consultative selling, cross-selling of value-added solutions across the organization and by introducing new rates. Also projects the relationship across the organization to include new domestic and cross-border opportunities. Your account portfolio will be comprised of clients with complex organizational structures to arrive at sophisticated business solutions. Industry/product updates will also be handled.(BDM) will sell in person directly to merchants who are defined as valuable business customers of the banks, uncover needs and present payment solutions to close sales.Activities- Ongoing face-to-face contact with "whosale" banking segments- Identifying sales opportunities within "whosale" banking segments- Taking on the challenge of meeting sales quota, which includes managing sales cycles, conversion metrics, and a continuous sales pipeline.- Prospecting and conducting dynamic sales presentationss-Closing sales for our payment processing services- Educating merchants and business owners about the payment processing industry- Weekly appointments with potential clientsOverseeing the sales process from start to finish: assessing customer needs, scheduling sales presentations, gathering information necessary to open new customer accounts- Introducing new technology, partners, and hardware when applicable to AAA customers- Ensuring that the implementation of solution/service deployments is coordinated and tracked to a high level of standards. Work and coordinate multiple business groups to perform the function.- Works well independently and as part of a team- Professional attitude and impeccable integrity- Strong sense of urgency and innate talent for sales- Must enjoy speaking with people face-to-face and on the phone- Experience closing and executing the full sales cycle- Experience dealing directly with owners and decision makers of mid- to large-sized companies- Experience in a performance-based compensation model- Previous Top Performer status in an outside sales role- Proven track record of pipeline development and sales closing- Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills- Previous experience in the payment processing industry is a plus**Requirements**:- Master's degree or higher preferredConversational English, including speaking effectively in front of groups- Computer skills and ability to work with Word and Excel- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously so that sales results remain consistent from one month to the next.
