**Operations Director**(Job Number: PRO0101VS)**Primary Location** Mexico-Baja California Norte-MexicaliCollaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plan, maximizing efficiency and productivity.Work with managerial levels in order to set objectives to achieve business strategic plan.Develop Financial planning together with Finance & Operations.Processes & performance improvement.Lead the operation according with Medline succes factors.Promote & support "Great place to work" strategy.Improve labor cost.Attract, develop & retain talent.Responsible from SCM, Import-export & Compliance procesess.Ensure Quality system compliance.Ensure Ethics complianceDevelop strategies to ensure growth of programs enterprise-wide, identifying and implementing process improvements that will maximize output and minimize costs.Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.Work closely with human resources to lead team with integrity and establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment.Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.Develop & promote improvement projects with organizational impact.Promote Medline Mexicali branding innitiatives.Responsible of Supply chain management, Compliance & import-export.Ensure ethics, EHS, environmental, commercial relations and al legal regulations compliance.Promote inclusion & diversity culture**Education**Master DegreeEngineeringAdministrationEnglish advancedAt least 5 years experience as Operations/Plant DirectorMulti-site Management proven experience10 years or + experience as Production ManagerStrong Experience & knowledge in Lean manufacturingRobust negotiation skills in both internal and external settingsGreat organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success.Strong experience in Supply chain managementStrong knowledge & experience in financial planningFDA, Quality system experience (desirable)Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software**Skills**:Communication (all levels)Team work, Proactive, Results oriented,Sense of urgency,Leadership, People oriented, Negotiation
