Descripción y detalle de las actividades**Overview**:We are seeking a Business Unit Director to lead a dynamic and fast-growing financial operation in the US. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a solid background in operations and financial products. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring efficiency, and aligning business activities with overall company goals.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage business unit operations to achieve strategic targets.- Develop and implement business strategies to improve productivity and profitability.- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and reporting in alignment with headquarters.- Oversee compliance, quality, and operational excellence.- Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.- Collaborate with U.S.based stakeholders and attend periodic meetings in the U.S.- Manage cross-border communication and ensure fluent English delivery.- Identify opportunities for process innovation and implement performance KPIs.- Represent the company in client and partner interactions when needed.Experiência y requisitos**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
