Preparation of financial reports. Analysis and evaluation of solder joints on AOI/AXI 3D equipment. Implementation and monitoring of laboratory quality systems based on Standard 17025, ISO 9001, and Standard 14001. Knowledge of ion chromatography, SEM/EDX, and X-rays. Interpretation of IR and XRF spectra, and elemental characterization of materials. Prepared technical reports in English. Managed testing personnel, including Aoi, Axi, FA, and assemblers assigned to test equipment. Interacted with customer service for troubleshooting test equipment. * Core tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SQA, MSA, and SPC. *ISO: IATF16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001. Implemented and monitored laboratory quality systems based on Standard 17025, ISO 9001, and Standard 14001. Knowledge of emotional intelligence and empowerment for personnel management. Knowledge of advanced statistics for application in engineering analysis. Responsibilities You will work with Test Technicians and Test Engineers on optimizations, improvement projects, and corrective actions for assigned equipment processes. Assignments in methodologies to maintain Test Equipment Efficiency, Yield, 5s, and OTD. The Test Manager is responsible for tracking equipment failures and performing advanced calibrations based on daily schedules. You will maintain the 5s goal in your work area, activity reports, and assigned logs. Responsible for effective equipment scheduling under the Test Engineering Department (AOI/AXI). Responsible for coordinating the execution of Preventive Maintenance, R&R Studies, CPK, and ST for equipment under the Test Engineering Department (AOI/AXI). Responsible for coordinating the execution of model changes to tests (AOIA/AXI). Test Engineering Department Responsible for generating procedures, documents, and forms for the Test Engineering Department (AOI-AXI). Implement calibration systems and installations of hardware and software dedicated to equipment managed by the Test Engineering Department. Responsible for completing and executing evaluations of all staff, including technicians, engineers, and test supervisors. AOI-AXI Quarterly. Responsible for NPI projects with activities assigned to the Test Engineering Department (AOI-AXI). Control of consumables and spare parts for test equipment and AOI-AXI. #J-18808-Ljbffr
