With operations in over 70 markets globally, we are the world's most international brewer.We Go Places How about you?Location: MonterreyFunction: Information ServicesSub Function: Digital & Technology - Master Data ManagementType of Contract: Permanent**Responsibilities**:- Lead team of data engineers in designing, developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infraestructure on the Azure platform.- Building and maintaining robust, scalable and efficient data pipelines to move and transform data from various sources to data storage systems.- Collaborating with data scientist and analysts to understand data requirements and ensure data availability for analytics and reporting.- Monitoring data pipelines and systems to identify and resolve performance issues.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor´s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Physics or related.- Preferred Master´s Degree in related fields.- Experience: 5+ years in data engineering and related fields with at least 2 years of experience in leadership roles.- Expertise in designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines.- Experience in implementing and optimizing data storage solutions, such as databases and data warehhouses.- English profieciency.- Leadership.At HEINEKEN México our commitment is to respect people, society and the environment, we are against any discriminatory practice of religion, sex, political tendency, socioeconomic level or ethnic origin.
