Manage payroll tickets, resignation checklists, and document scanning. Reports & HR Data: Generate monthly headcount and training reports. Maintain IT asset return records and shared HR folders. HR Communications & Events: Collaborate on HR newsletters and design campaign materials. Support logistics for site events and initiatives. Location: MDIC (Apodaca): (PIIT) Apodaca 408 Ave Innovación Parque de Innovación e Investigación Tecnológico, Apodaca, 66628, Mexico. Hybrid scheme. What skills will make you successful? Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Intermediate to advanced English (B2 or higher). Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
