Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:Provide administrative support to HR team in employee life cycle activities and provide on location HR support to employees in topics like payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc, as well as support in the implementation of projects focused on employee wellbeing, engagement and retention**This position reports to**:Location HR Business Partner**Your responsibilities**:- Support in the implementation of projects focused in employee engagement, recognition and wellbeing.- Support in the documentation and implementation of HR process as per ISO 9001 certification.- Responsible for administrative process such as employee files, badge, time and attendance, new hire induction, etc.- Provide quality HR service to our employees, clarify doubts and provide resolution to issues related to payroll, compensation & benefits, life-cycle actions, etc.**Your background**:- Students of the career in Administration, International Relations, Psychology, Business.- Availability of hours (7:00 am to 4:36 pm) Monday to Friday.- Interest in engagement events.- Excel intermediate - advanced.- Excellent customer service, Teamwork, Excellent organization and administration- Basic Human Resources processes.**More about us**:
