**Vacante para la empresa Fibotech en Monterrey, Nuevo León**:Estamos buscando un desarrollador backend con experiência en Java para unirse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo de software.Responsabilidades clave:- Desarrollar y mantener aplicaciones de software backend en Java.- Colaborar con los equipos de frontend y QA para diseñar soluciones escalables y de alta calidad.- Identificar y solucionar problemas de software, y realizar mejoras de rendimiento.- Mantenerte actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en Java y backend development.**Requisitos**:- Experiência previa en el desarrollo de aplicaciones de software backend en Java 5+ años- Spring: Avanzado- Struts: Intermedio- Ingles Avanzado conversacional- Experiência aplicando patrones de diseño- Experiência con revisión de código y definición de soluciones- Experiência como líder técnico y manejo de equipos de trabajo- Deseable experiência con AWS, Azure o Google Cloud.- Conocimientos sólidos de bases de datos relacionales y no relacionales.- Experiência en el desarrollo de API RESTful.- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con los miembros del equipo.- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera creativa y encontrar soluciones innovadoras.- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas y atención al detalle.- Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma y cumplir con los plazos de entrega.Trabajo 100 % Home Office**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Tecnología / Internet**Industria**:Farmaceúticas**Habilidades**:- java- aws- tech lead- microservicios
