Client: Our client is one of the largest airlines in South America.- Position overview: We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team.As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of developers and engineers, guiding them in building high-quality, scalable, and reliable systems.You will play a critical role in ensuring technical excellence, fostering collaboration, and driving innovation across projects.- The person must have availability and a valid visa to travel to the US.- Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers and engineers in the design, development, and delivery of complex software solutions- Take ownership of technical projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and product roadmaps- Drive architectural decisions, providing direction on the best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and system design- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth- Review code and conduct regular technical reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, introducing innovative solutions to improve productivity and efficiency- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and maintainability of the systems your team develops- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for your team's success and productivity- Lead discussions around performance, scalability, and security of systems- Requirements: Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/React, Java, Go, or others- Experience with software architecture design and system engineering- Expertise in leading development teams, managing projects, and delivering high-impact solutions- Proficiency in building and managing cloud-based systems (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)- Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Cloud Build)- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native technologies- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills- Strong communication skills in Spanish (both written and verbal)
