We’ve only begun reimaging the future - for our people, our customers, and the world.Let’s create tomorrow together.**Responsibilities**:- Supports the development of a global channel communications calendar, including coordination with the regional channel marketing senior leads to ensure awareness and alignment across the regions on key channel-facing communication- Researches, defines and provides metrics for our global channel communications activities on a monthly basis through metric reports, analysis and if possible, suggestions for improvements- Becomes a liaison with the analytics and Eloqua team on best practices for measurements- Assists with marketing messaging and copywriting as needed- Assists with video editing and creation when needed for small projects- Supports the development and assists with the project management of key channel communications projects and deliverables (i.e.: Dynamic Newsletters)- Coordinates with our agency partners for specific communications deliverables as needed- Assists in the development of new PartnerConnect program materials- Provides regional assistance on problems and issues with process & tools or communications deliverables**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience- Problem solving, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills- Excel/PowerPoint/Word- SmartSheet/Sharepoint- Some knowledge of using Eloqua/PowerBI (preferred, not required)- Strong communications skills- Channel program and support experience- Awareness of regional and cultural differences- Bi-lingual (preferred, not required)**Preferred Qualifications**:- ** Channel Marketing**:- ** Project Management**:- ** Communication**:- ** Analysis & Reporting**:- ** Digital Tools
