About the role: As part of the regional Marketing team, you will contribute to Samsara's growth in Mexico. As a Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you will execute marketing programs to generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for our sales teams, leveraging multi-touch inbound marketing programs. You’ll contribute towards the Mexico Marketing team’s quarterly pipeline commitments while working with Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Events, and Sales to execute high webinars, email nurtures, content syndication, and direct mail campaigns. You should be a hands-on, full-stack marketer with strong technical capabilities and a proven track record of building and executing high-impact demand generation programs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Center of Excellence Demand Generation team, embracing best practices, and driving scalable, results-driven campaigns. This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. In this role, you will: Design, orchestrate, and execute campaigns across the full funnel, in coordination with Campaigns Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams. Forecast and measure the impact of demand generation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; continuously evaluate the performance and ROI of campaigns, adjusting demand tactics and strategy accordingly. Develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooks. Build and execute campaign activations across channels like webinars, email, content syndication, content marketing, direct mail, and more. Turn net-new activities into evergreen programs. Strategize and collaborate in cross-channel campaigns, to ensure maximized impact for the region. Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices. Minimum requirements for the role: 8+ years of experience in marketing including experience in demand generation. Fluent in English with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Experience using analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of demand-generation marketing programs. Experience managing channels like webinars, direct mail, content syndication, or email. Highly collaborative with a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns. Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally. Ability to prioritize amidst many moving pieces and complete high-quality and on-deadline tasks. Strong technical skills with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Relevant experience creating content for emails, blogs, webinars, or web pages. Self-starter: A highly motivated professional who requires minimal supervision and shows initiative with ideas that support marketing strategy and goals. An ideal candidate also: Passion for experimentation, measurement, and optimization to drive ROI continuously. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with the ability to assess, prioritize, pivot, and problem-solve across multiple projects. Experience creating content such as landing pages, email, etc. A good understanding of B2B sales processes and customer journeys.
