And if that's you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionSummaryThe Proposal Specialist is a visible position working with main Rockwell Automation partners and customers to develop commercial offers within the framework of our strategic and financial goals, ensuring compliance with internal policies. You will need a general knowledge of all our solution capabilities, partners, and competitors in their designated solution space. Use this knowledge and engage with other important team consultants to fulfill scope requirements. Solve any complex concerns or issues by navigating internal organization, processes, and Rockwell Automation resources. For a successful outcome, you'll take a lead or supporting role to ensure all content and estimates are for a comprehensive proposal that meets the scope.Job DescriptionProposal SpecialistLocation: Mexico CityYou will report to the proposal Consultant ManagerModality: HybridActivities:- Employ commercial and technical skills while tapping your creative side to maximize Rockwell profit and growth opportunities- Filter opportunities to pursue, and provide input to increasing successes through our Win Strategy process- Approve costs, pricing, margins, and other commercial terms within your delegation of authority- Convincingly promote our value message and business models in many scenarios and situations, including through direct sales channels or distributors.- Support proposals with customers while instilling confidence in the proposed solution- Follow all applicable corporate, company, governmental, and regulatory procedures for this position- Engage with sales and customers to follow up on proposalsMinimum Qualifications:- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or similar- Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is assigned. No sponsorship is being offered for this role.- Ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites in the United States or Canada for proposal-related responsibilities- Proficient in English- 5+ years of related experience in an industrial environment (engineering, projects, maintenance, support)- Experience working with third-party suppliers to provide additional products/services- Two years' experience in a customer-facing role, either engineering and completing projects or in a sales role- Work in a, matrixed organization team- Demonstrated to develop proposals, convey project status updates, design information, technical issues/resolutions, and complete project milestone reviews- Knowledge of OT Network Design or OT Virtualization and/or OT Cybersecurity- Demonstrated customer (internal and external) relationship skillsBenefitsOnce your recruiter contact you he/she will let you know about our benefits as health insurance, pension plan,etc.LI-AP2LI-HybridRockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
