**OBJETIVO.**Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de los clientes y de las empresas. Garantizar que el funcionamiento del almacén apoye eficazmente a los departamentos pertinentes.**RESPONSABILIDADES**:- Gestionar el trabajo planificación según el calendario- Trabajar con el departamento de ventas, asegurando que se cumplan las demandas- Trabajar con el departamento de compras, asegurarse de que los materiales pueden cumplir con los requisitos de producción- Analizar el estado de los materiales para las órdenes de trabajo, resaltar los materiales críticos de escasez que afectan a la producción- Mantener la nueva ruta del proyecto, la versión de producción y ejecutar su costo y liberarlo- Analizar la capacidad y las horas extraordinarias de trabajo y su aplicación- Calcular los ingresos estimados de cada mes y analice el motivo del retraso- Verificar el estado de las órdenes de trabajo y controlar el tiempo de espera de las órdenes de trabajo, las órdenes de trabajo pequeñas y el cierre de las órdenes de trabajo antiguas- Agilizar los lotes calientes y trabajar con las personas pertinentes para resolver los lotes problemáticos- Corregir el problema de los costos por mes- Actualizar el tiempo STD en SAP- Mantener y crear puestos de trabajo según sea necesario y controlar la estandarización de las rutas de producción- Crear el puesto de trabajo y la jerarquía, fijar la capacidad- La ECN se ejecuta en SAP- Tras la confirmación de la orden de trabajo, cerrar la orden de trabajo que ya está terminada a tiempo.- Mejorar la capacidad de los miembros del equipo- Gestión 5S- Asegúrese de que la operación en el equipo PPS está bajo la política de la empresa- Otros trabajos asignados por el director de operaciones**REQUERIMIENTOS DEL PUESTO.**- Carrera Universitaria- Nível de inglés avanzado 90%- Familiarizado con el proceso de planificación y control de materiales, así como con el proceso de control del almacén- Conocimiento avanzado de MS Office (con énfasis en Excel)- Dominio de SAP o sistemas ERP similares- Buena experiência en el entorno de fabricación.- Orientado al detalle.- Orientado a las personas- Autodidacta y proactivo- Habilidades de liderazgo- Habilidades avanzadas de planeaciónTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $10.50 al mesHorario:- DiurnoPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensaPregunta(s) de postulación:- Expectativa salarialEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- SAP: 3 años (Obligatorio)- procesos de almacén: 1 año (Deseable)- preparación y ejecución de planes de producción: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
