Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**About the Role**:Develop and manage a facility/product group master scheduling process that is innovative and promotes maximization of efficiency and optimization of resources/assets internally, while maintaining sufficient flexibility to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and cost-conscious manner.**What You Will Do**- Managing and streamlining the Master Scheduling Process to meet all customers' needs.- Leading a team of 4 logistics professionals- Ensuring the success of S&OP processes based on demand forecast data.- Provides supervision over the related processes (e.g. Production plan implementation, time-accuracy of shipments, documentation and approvals for transportation, stock and inventory levels of finished products)- Cooperating with other departments- Prepares and communicates the facility's master schedule, after requesting information from other functions, both within and outside of the incumbent's facility and/or business division. The incumbent works with other functions, marketing, product support, manufacturing, engineering, logistics and external business partners.**What You Will Do**- University degree is required. (Preferably related to the supply chain and experience in logistics/supply chain)- Excellent interpersonal and organization skills- Existing knowledge of supply chain and S&OP processes- Experience in demand planning, managing and scheduling production plans.- Good communication skills both in English and Spanish- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Advanced knowledge of Excel- **Experience using SAP system and Conversational English**:- **Strong Customer Service skill**:- Assertive Communication- Accountable- Self-directed- Teamwork- Proactive- Initiative- Ownership- Leadership**We offer**:- Our goal at Caterpillar is for you to have a rewarding career.
