**Bankruptcy Paralegal****Must Have Experience in U.S. Bankruptcy Law****15,000 - 20,000 MXN pesos per month****Must write and speak good English****Responsibilities**:- Support attorneys in managing bankruptcy cases, particularly those pertaining to California law.- Conduct thorough legal research on bankruptcy statutes, regulations, and case law.- Draft and prepare legal documents, including petitions, motions, and correspondence, adhering to California legal standards.- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other parties involved in bankruptcy proceedings.- Maintain meticulous records and case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.- Provide administrative assistance to attorneys as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.- Previous experience working in a legal environment, with specific exposure to California bankruptcy law.- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a C1 level or higher.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Familiarity with legal research tools and software.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.If you meet the above requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter.Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
