We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Consultant Portuguese Market to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and optimizing the expenses feature of our HR software to clients, helping them streamline their financial processes and achieve greater efficiency in expense management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and challenges related to expense management.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions, workshops, and educational materials to clients' finance teams on using the expenses feature effectively.
  • Offer expert advice and recommendations on best practices for finance management processes and strategies, leveraging the capabilities of the HR software.
  • Work closely with clients to integrate the new feature with their existing financial systems and processes, and explore opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist clients in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies related to expense reporting and reimbursement, and provide support during audits.
  • Utilize data analytics and reporting tools within the software to analyze expense patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
  • Experience in the finance department
  • Proven experience working in finance consulting or finance-related roles, with a focus on expense management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • Analytical mindset, knowledgeable in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
