Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add _Account Payable Analyst _located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._- Reporting to the _AP Team Leader_, _Account Payable Analyst _role involves_ _responsible for working with external customers (vendors) and internal customers (employees) to ensure monthly invoices are paid and expenses are properly recorded to reflect in the company’s accounting records. Maintain and review vendors statements for past due balances. Assist in monthly closings._What a typical day looks like:- _ Ensure that all invoices with discrepancies are properly resolved by the buyers before are processed into the accounts payable sub-ledger._- _ Record of discrepant invoices in the accounts payable workflow once the resolution is given by the materials team._- _ Prepare and distribute the invoice log to the materials team._- _ Maintain appropriately the accounts payable workflow queues, post blocking and exception._- _ Prepare vendor reconciliations statements reconciliations and identify issues attributing to account delinquency._- _ Follow-up on payments issues and respond to vendor inquiries in a timely manner._- _ Tracking of counting metrics, manual payment process, ledger and subledger_The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Bachelor’s degree in administration, Finance or related._- _ Intermediate-Advanced_ English._- _ Intermediate-Advanced_ Excel._- _ Organized Analytics._- _ Collaboration and Teamwork._- _ SAP (nice to have)_- _ Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations._- _ Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals._- _ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers._- _ Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability._What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- _ Competitive Salary._- _ Life & Medical insurance._- _ Christmas Bonus._- _ Food Coupons._- _ Saving Fund._- PA91_Job CategoryFinance**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
