The Financial Controller is responsible for leading and overseeing all accounting and financial operations of the company. Key responsibilities include preparing periodic financial reports, maintaining a robust system of accounting records, analyzing financial statements, ensuring tax compliance, and implementing controls and budgets to mitigate financial risks.**Requirements**:**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).- Master’s degree in financial or administrative areas is desirable.**Experience**:- Minimum of 10 years in managerial positions within accounting, controllership, or finance.- Extensive knowledge in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, budgeting, and tax compliance.- Proven experience implementing internal controls and continuous improvement processes.- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.**Technical Knowledge**:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Strong knowledge of applicable tax, accounting, and regulatory standards.Advanced English level (90% required).**Benefits**Benefits according to the Federal Labor Law (LFT)Life insuranceAnnual bonusesCafeteriaSavings fundTransportationMedical expenses insuranceOn-site medical services
